Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Relationship Administration and provide support to the Sales team (including tasks such as uploading data to Dynamics 365, preparing quotes, and managing leads).
  • Offer administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Facilitate appointment scheduling for the Sales team through lead management and other processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member, and taking messages as necessary.
  • Generate and consolidate reports for the sales department.
  • Assist in the completion of Vendor and Tender documentation.
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, car rentals, and accommodations for the Sales team.
  • Monitor internal systems for leads and assist in lead generation for the Sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales support or coordinator role (including experience in Administration, Finance, Personal Assistance, Secretarial work, or Sales).
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365, is advantageous.
  • Experience with tender processes is preferred.
