Job Description

The LIFE Healthcare Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Office in Bloemfontein, working closely with the Business Manager.

Main Duties
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including data capture and coordination.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Assist with customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
