Key Responsibilities
  • Parcels processing: Finalizing parcels according to SOP within 3 days, requesting manual reversals and claim rejections, and ensuring all filing is done correctly.
  • Stock reconciliation: Identifying and resolving discrepancies between stock items credited and those transferred to Loc 7.
  • Query management: Managing internal and external queries regarding returned parcels, resolving queries within 24 hours with all relevant information noted on the Action Diary.
  • Status reporting: Investigating returned parcels to determine next production date.
  • Cold chain maintenance: Checking if cold chain was maintained and writing a report; ensuring fridge line parcels are processed and items for destruction removed.
  • Stock transfer management: Transferring reversed stock from previous day's online and manual reversals to Location 7 (Production); finalizing master list and requesting adjustments.
  • Incident QA: Assisting in quality assurance of incidents on the SR incident log.
  • SOP training: Providing continuous SOP training for funded staff.
  • SLA management: Distributing parcels to assistants, monitoring completion using No Code report, and providing SLA tracker report.
  • PPE procurement: Ordering Oncology PPE (gloves, gowns, masks etc.).
  • ESS training: Providing new employees with ESS training.
