We're seeking 10 high-achieving candidates to join our ARISE Programme, a comprehensive 18-month journey designed to equip you with hands-on experience across our Lending businesses. You'll gain invaluable insights and develop expertise in credit analysis, operations, legal, compliance, and sales.

This role will give you the chance to work closely with internal teams, cultivate strong connections with clients, and uncover additional business needs. Your passion for finance and enthusiasm for selling financial products will be invaluable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through proactive new business development, meticulous financial analysis, and strategic cross-selling.
  • Explore new opportunities within your chosen product area, identifying fresh business prospects and pursuing them with energy and dedication.
