Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist Job Description
**Job Summary:**
MNA Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to join our client's team. As a key member of the regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmaceutical products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Compile and submit new product applications to regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Monitor and follow up on the progress of submissions, addressing any queries or concerns raised by regulatory authorities.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including quality assurance, marketing, and business development teams.
* Stay up-to-date with developments and changes in the local regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure seamless integration of regulatory affairs with quality management systems.
* Engage with regulatory authorities, such as SAHPRA, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
* Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Acts, Regulations, and guidelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory affairs software.
