Grassroot Soccer is seeking an experienced Research Coordinator Expert to join its Global Research & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research partnerships, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners and consultants.
This role involves contributing to the development of research protocols, data collection tools, and data analysis. You will also support thought leadership efforts, including abstract submissions and the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills for managing activities and projects across various countries and staff / volunteers / partners from various cultures.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support coordination of research partnerships with GRS teams, implementing partners, and external research partners
- Contribute to analysis and interpretation of primary and secondary data as needed
A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination, preferably in international health projects.
