Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Trainer to join our team at Centre Recruit Consultants. As a Spa Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our spa team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions to spa team members on various treatments, including massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure team members have met the required standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and rebook treatments, and provide excellent sales skills to increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Work closely with the spa management team to ensure that all training and development needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of spa experience, preferably in a training or Head therapist role.
  • Skills: Well-spoken, well-groomed, excellent customer care, passionate, target-driven, strong in sales, ability to do thorough consultations and personalize treatment plans accordingly, ability to upsell and rebook.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing. Aesthetic qualifications will be a bonus, ESP experience will be advantageous.
