Are you a qualified Trainer therapist with a flair for training others? We are looking for you to manage training within the group.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified therapist (Itec/Cidesco)
- Training experience
- Excellent communicator
- Calm temperament
- Feedback skills
- People & time Management skills
- **Reliable vehicle

**Africology Spa's & Retail Stores**
- Africology product training and treatment training
- Training Assessments
- Sign off on therapist competence once training is completed
- Upskilling and providing therapists with new techniques and information/knowledge
- Ensuring all therapists are kept up to date with changes
- Ensuring all training records are kept up to date for SETA uploads.
- Assisting with client complaints and queries
- Resolution training with Therapist - based on complaints received
- Assisting with store coverage where needed and required
- Ensure that Africology spa standards are adhered to by Spa Staff
- Creation/Updating and Implementation of new SOP’s (Booking SOP, Consultation SOP)
- Organization of any external training
- Updating HR of above for filing purposes

**Africology Stockists**
- Africology Product Training and Treatment Training - when requested
- Training Assessments - Sign off on therapists’ competence once training is completed
- Upskilling and providing therapists with new techniques and information/knowledge
- Ensuring all therapists are kept up to date with changes
- Ensuring clients treatment menus are correct to the products which they utilise and ensure that recognition to Africology forms part of this
- Ensuring that Africology product usage in Spa’s are correct, well presented and not expired
- Assisting with the correct product usage according to treatment
- Generate an estimated order for the client on products that need to be utilised within the spa and any retail items that the spa may need - sending through to the sales consultant as well as the client to review
- Generate a training report for the correct sales consultant and ensure that follow ups are completed

**Africology Head Office**
- Assisting with client queries/questions/complaints
- Assisting with online sales queries and recommendations
- When needed assist with warehouse packing
- Assist with Head Office training requirements
- Ensuring all training records are kept up to date for SETA uploads.
- Updating training manuals are kept up to date according to regulations as well as changes in ingredients / treatment protocols

Travel will be required with this role.
