Rural Development Project Coordinator

As a Senior Agricultural Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating activities within the three sub-programmes of the Rural Development Programme. Your primary objective will be to achieve the outcomes and deliverables as set out in the annual performance plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve targets of the sub-programme towards rural development coordination;
- Manage and achieve targets of the sub-programme social facilitation;
- Enhance image and socio-economic conditions of agri-workers;
- Promote internal and external integration;
- Provide human resource management, financial management, and strategic management.
Requirements:
You must have an appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or Social Science. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project planning, management, and coordination is also required. Additionally, you should have 5 years' experience in community and/or stakeholder liaison in a development environment. A valid driving license is necessary for this position. Preference may be given to applicants with relevant B-Degrees.
