Key Responsibilities
  • Aseptic Sampling: Collect and analyze samples from treated water, ingredients, final syrups, and final products, as well as swabs and air plates.
  • Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of samples, including treated water, ingredients, final syrups, and final products, as well as swabs and air.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Record and interpret results, generate trends for micro results, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • General Reporting: Raise any out-of-spec results with the QA Supervisor, issue isolation/release instructions to the DC in consultation with the Quality Manager, and report any faulty equipment to the QC Supervisor.
Requirements
  • National Diploma/NQF 6 in Food (Essential)
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Technical, FMCG (Operational Execution)
  • Basic MS Excel, MS Word, and Email skills
