Job Description:

A highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant is required to deliver efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to use initiative and be assertive to ask what needs to be done.

They should be comfortable with computers and tech-savvy, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay great attention to detail and be proactive in coordinating diaries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deal with clients and the crew
  2. Coordinate diaries and bookings
  3. Assess briefs and deliverable matches
  4. Prepare jobs costing sheets and quotes
  5. Collect and collate supplier invoices against jobs
  6. Prepare supplier and client reports for the CVO
  7. Collect stock requirements to present to the CVO
  8. Research and source potential new clients daily
Requirements:
  1. MATRIC
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Proficient in CRM systems (ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous)
