Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the After Sales Departments, meeting manufacturer and dealership targets, and maintaining strict control over inventory and quality of tradesmanship and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of service meets profitability targets.
  • Manage workshop flow and handle all after sales related issues.
  • Liaise with OEM and monitor stock levels daily to ensure relevant manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis and actively clear out aged stock.
  • Conduct stock takes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive targets and profitability.
  • Manage team for high performance culture and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets, and shops to sell parts and accessories and services.
  • Ensure company discount structure is properly applied and care for company property.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' parts and workshop management experience.
  • Trade Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge in systems, engines, and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Self-driven and ability to drive targets.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong marketing skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid driver's license.
