Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the After Sales Departments. They will also be accountable for ensuring that manufacturer and dealership targets are met. Additionally, the candidate will need to have strict control over inventory and quality of tradesmanship and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of service and profitability are met.
  • Manage workshop flow and optimize productivity.
  • Handle all after sales related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor stock levels daily to ensure relevant manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis and implement effective cash flow management strategies.
  • Manage and actively clear out aged stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a high-performance team and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets, and shops to sell parts and accessories and services.
  • Ensure company discount structure is properly applied and maintained.
  • Care for company property and ensure economic use of company assets.
