Production Quality Controller

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Fluidra Waterlinx (Pty) Ltd. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are performed and recorded according to Company Practices and Processes/Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all changes done have correct documentation
- Ensure that all quality checks are done and recorded
- Understand product specs
- Understand product drawing and measurements
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be well-disciplined, organised, and have a high attention to detail.
A Quality Control qualification would be an advantage, but it's not necessary. What matters most is your ability to work with laboratory and other Quality Control instruments in the correct manner.
You will also need to coach Operators on Quality and related aspects, conduct first-off measurements and samples, conduct root cause analysis, and identify non-conformances.
Maintaining master samples and validation tools registers is also part of your responsibilities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about quality and has excellent analytical skills.
