The successful candidate will be responsible for offering efficient support to the regional key account team, managing inventory levels, resolving customer queries, and providing feedback on day-to-day customer care issues.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and respond to requests timeously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide support to national and regional key account managers by coordinating and organizing all critical functions linked to service level agreements.
  2. To manage inventory levels by compiling daily stock reports.
  3. To resolve and provide feedback on day-to-day customer and client care queries.
  4. To liaise and co-ordinate special customer deliveries.
  5. To generate and distribute reports and stats when required.
