Your organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities. As part of your duties, you will also sort the mail for the various departments, ensuring timely communication.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, particularly in checking member's details against the natural system. Your attention to detail will also be critical in ensuring that all outgoing mail is posted out on time. While experience in contributions is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this position. What we value most is your ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
