Job Summary

This Temporary Clerk position involves administrative work, including managing creditors and preparing invoices for payment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process creditor reconciliations and prepare vendor registrations.
  • Ensure efficient execution of tasks to maximize financial performance.

Requirements:

  3. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  4. Ability to meet customer expectations and deliver results.
  5. Capacity to follow instructions and procedures.
  6. Effective coping mechanisms for pressure and setbacks.
  7. Good interpersonal skills.

Competencies:

  1. Basic understanding of creditors management principles.
  2. Knowledge of basic reporting tools.
  3. Intermediate level of administrative skills.
