Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Staffing Hub (Pty) Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing insurance and assistance claims related to medical and travel insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely responses to customers.
  • Communicate with policyholders, medical providers, and various stakeholders to resolve claims.
  • Manage data entry, invoice assessment, and other administrative tasks related to claims processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-lingual and multi-cultural team environment.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in German (level B1 or higher) and English.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for claims handling.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to ongoing changes and training.
  • Education: Matric or higher qualification.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Visa Requirements: Must already have a secured SA VISA, if applicable.
  • FSB Registration: An advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurance, Claims Handling, or Tourism is a plus.

    • Basic Salary: R19,000 per month
