  • Manage customer master records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Manage payment arrangements and negotiate settlements with customers.
  • Generate reports on accounts receivable aging, sales order status, and customer balances, analyzing customer payment trends, collection efficiency, and aging of receivables.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving cash flow and reducing bad debt.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO), for seamless order-to-cash processes.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across modules by maintaining integration points.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable and credit management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in debtor-related activities, participating in SAP system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.

Requirements: Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit management, and customer master data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
