IT Support Specialist

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at iOCO Infrastructure Services. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in an IT service desk environment, with a strong background in customer service and first-call resolution. A+ certification or higher is required, with ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification being preferred.
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position based in Randburg, with a work environment that is office-based.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient logging and allocation of incoming calls, ensuring all calls are attended to and closed in a timely manner. They will also assist the team with work overload as needed and ensure general administration work is up-to-date.

Requirements
