This role emphasizes the provision of tailored Internal Audit solutions to a diverse clientele. We are currently offering a graduate training contract that spans three years, aimed at focused and ambitious candidates eager to contribute to our dynamic team in delivering Internal Audit services across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

General Overview:
  • A solid grasp of internal audit, risk management, combined assurance, and regulatory technical principles.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with internal audit methodologies that align with established internal audit standards.
  • Proficiency in documenting and analyzing business processes, risks, controls, and process improvements.
  • Understanding of Internal Audit Programme objectives and the ability to execute Audit Programme instructions and guidelines effectively.
  • Preparation and completion of internal audit workpapers to meet the required standards, ensuring alignment with client scope areas and related risks.
  • Basic knowledge of structured report writing, ensuring all key facts and background information are considered.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to deliver quality work within agreed project budgets and timelines.
  • Professional integrity and the capability to work independently while contributing positively to a cohesive team environment.
  • Interest in data analytics, including the use of tools such as IDEA, with the ability to perform routine data analytics procedures and interpret results effectively.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, demonstrating analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communication skills.

Assistance will be provided across a wide range of activities, including client delivery and project administration, under the guidance of the management team.
