Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Developing new business through innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Evaluating candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Providing tailored solutions to meet client recruitment needs.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years experience within the Recruitment Industry.
  • Knowledge of major industries such as Finance, IT, HR, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG.
  • A qualification in HR/Psychology or similar will be an added advantage.
  • Strong finance acumen and sound negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy in CRM and ATS software.
  • Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport will be highly advantageous.
  • Fluent communication skills in English or Afrikaans.
