In this role, you will provide expert administrative support to the Office of the Western Cape Provincial Police Ombudsman (WCPPO). Your duties will include rendering a secretariat/receptionist service, providing general administrative office support services, and offering financial and supply chain management support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Render a secretariat/receptionist service to the WCPPO, ensuring efficient communication and information flow.
  2. Provide general administrative office support services, including correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
  3. Support the finance and procurement functions, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
  4. Manage the registry and knowledge management systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Apost-matric qualification in a relevant field (equivalent or higher).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
