Job Title: Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our team at HR Genie. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate capturing and updating of all data systems.
  • Investigate and examine claims to determine merits and make informed decisions on compensation.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team to ensure required service levels are delivered.
  • Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in claims handling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Cardinal 360 system experience is an advantage.
