This role involves providing guidance, mentorship, and support to student leaders and organizations, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement leadership development programs. The advisor's primary objective is to empower and assist students on their leadership development journey, improving their college experience.

  • We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for Higher Education in South Africa, particularly in the Private Higher Education sector (PHEI).
  • A passion for student support is essential, as is being responsible, reliable, and purpose-driven in one's approach.

This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays, with flexibility required to meet the demands of the role.
