We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex overdue accounts, cash application, and manual billing while resolving customer disputes to maintain strong financial health.

As a Cash Flow Operations Expert, you will act as a subject matter expert for collections, providing analytical support and independent resolution of escalated or high-risk accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing communication with customers to collect overdue invoices, utilizing various methods such as calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Performing cash application tasks, including bank statement uploads, payment allocations, and resolving unidentified amounts.
  • Handling escalated and complex customer disputes, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting account reconciliations, maintaining accurate customer contact details, and managing actions such as activating, suspending, or making accounts dormant.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to provide insights and drive improvements in collections strategies and I2C performance metrics.
  • Supporting legal and pre-legal processes, including preparing final demands and liaising with external lawyers.
  • Managing payment plans and ensuring compliance with government or regulatory rules.
  • Driving process improvements and contributing to strategic I2C initiatives by collaborating with internal teams.
