We require an individual with a keen eye for detail, a love for crafting, and experience in designing and installing balloon installations and other DIY event décor. If you have expertise in creating visually appealing balloon garlands, arches, and other decorative elements, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and installing balloon garlands, arches, and other balloon décor for events
  2. Assisting with creating and setting up various DIY event décor elements (signs, backdrops, custom props, floral arrangements, etc.)
  3. Transporting materials and décor items to event locations
  4. Working efficiently to meet event deadlines and ensuring high-quality installations
  5. Collaborating with the Cape Town Bach team to bring event visions to life

Our requirements include:

  1. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  2. Experience in balloon décor design (garlands, arches, organic balloon installations)
  3. Strong DIY and crafting skills for creating custom event decorations
  4. Ability to work independently and efficiently within tight timeframes
  5. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  6. Availability for contract work on an as-needed basis
