We are seeking a skilled Weighbridge Operator - Logistics Expert to join our team at Talent 101. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate weighing of vehicles, maintaining inspection sheets, and managing site visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:


• Checking and logging details of drivers as they enter and exit the site.


• Weighing vehicles upon arrival and departure to record weights accurately.


• Filling in and maintaining inspection sheets for each vehicle.


• Managing and booking site visitors and keeping records updated on computer systems.


• Answering phone enquiries and handling general administrative tasks.


• Operating the weighbridge and ensuring proper documentation is completed for each vehicle.


• Printing and organizing daily dispatch and receipt reports.


• Filing weighbridge tickets and forwarding them to the material department for further data entry.


• Coordinating with customer service via emails to provide weighbridge tickets as requested.


• Directing traffic coming onto the site and recording relevant details for vehicles.


• Maintaining the weighbridge and office area in a clean and hazard-free condition.


• Assisting with general administrative duties and customer service support as required.


• Inspecting incoming trucks, documenting inspections, and coordinating with production for stock allocation.


• Conducting physical stock counts at the beginning and end of shifts.


• Emailing daily reports and ensuring the weighbridge area is well-maintained.


• Coordinating raw materials and ensuring stock is issued to production.
