Job Role:

We are looking for an External Sales Representative to join our team at Top Vitae. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  4. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  5. Monitor and report sales performance against targets.
  6. Attend sales meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  8. Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its key players.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in external sales or business development.
  2. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its dynamics.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
