Plant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to join our team at Top Talent Recruitment. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing plant management and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee plant operations and manage sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize resource utilization.
  3. Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships through engagement and community outreach.
  4. Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and people management skills among staff.
Requirements
  • At least 2.6.1 appointee experience in plant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in client and community engagement, with exceptional communication and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Code B license required.
  • Tertiary education in engineering or metallurgy preferred.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $95,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility involved in this role.
