Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service CNC Sales and Service Engineer to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field service repairs to CNC, LASER, and ROBOT machines, as well as performing preventative maintenance services on CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field service repairs to CNC, LASER, and ROBOT machines.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance services on CNC machines.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growing existing business through understanding of new applications with new technologies available.
  • Assist in bi-annual stock take.
  • Utilize strong fault-finding skills - electrical and mechanical.
  • Communicate professionally with customers.
  • Travel extensively, with a company car and fuel provided.
  • May require international travel for service calls.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics (S4+1yr practical) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Or, a qualified Electrician/Millwright with at least N6 Electrical/Electronic Engineering certificate from a recognized technical college.
