Administrative Support Associate for Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our Supply Chain team at Plennegy Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in receiving and dispatching orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and pressurized setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with others.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Dispatching: Assist with the receipt and dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Stock Management: Check stock received and discrepancies with supervisor, maintain accurate records, and identify potential issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain filing of PODs and credits, and handle customer inquiries and process orders.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure prompt resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in admin/customer service/receiving and dispatch clerk or similar roles.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in using software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and under pressure.
