Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, and Post-Production courses.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional pursuits, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative course materials and assessments.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development, enhancing teaching expertise and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum NQF 8 qualification in a related field.
- 2 years of lecturing experience.
- 5 years of recent industry experience in Cinematography.
- Experience in 16mm, 35mm, and digital formats is preferred.
- Skilled production manager or producer.
- Experience in various formats, including longform, documentary, and online content creation, is preferred.
