About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Administrator to join our team at TalentCru. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the financial services team, including data collection, tracking, and forecasting.
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of settlement documentation, including release of securities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to SAP, including client information, security registration, and valuations reports.
  • Investigate non-payment by clients and follow up on arrears/outstanding payments.
  • Generate and complete LODs for overdue payments and place clients on alternate rates as necessary.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and report writing.
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a financial services administrative environment.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the investment process.
  • Experience in customer service and care.
  • Basic Excel skills.
