Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control stock levels to prevent running out of stock
  • Evaluate and develop new inventory control systems and practices
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure efficient shipments and quality of products
  • Process stock orders, transfers, deliveries, and inventory processing procedures
  • Forecast possible outcomes and plan accordingly for supply and demand
  • Track the status of all product orders to prevent overstocking or stock outage
  • Analyze supply chain and warehouse metrics to increase efficiency and resolve issues
  • Reconcile actual stock counts to computer-generated reports and investigate variances
  • Report on all warehouse metrics, including supply chain, purchase, sales, sales margin, and stock holding analysis
