We assist clients in providing IT audit services to support our financial audits. Our team also provides IT governance and IT risk-related services to various sectors, including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Retail, and government.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead engagements involving IT risk, IT governance, and IT general controls.
  2. Design solutions for clients based on their specific needs.
  3. Review and provide feedback on detailed work programs and deliverables of junior staff.
  4. Ensure the quality of final reports delivered to clients.
  5. Present findings to clients effectively.
  6. Navigate complex IT system landscapes to identify key risks.
  7. Collaborate with financial audit teams to integrate IT audit work into financial audits.
  8. Maintain proficiency in CoBiT and other IT governance requirements.

Skills and Attributes Required

  1. Expertise in IT governance
  2. Knowledge of CoBiT and similar standards
  3. ISAE examination skills
  4. Auditing and accounting expertise
  5. Business process knowledge
  6. Ability to integrate IT audit with financial audit
  7. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements for Success

  1. Honours degree in Information Systems or equivalent
  2. Preferred business degree in Accounting and Auditing
  3. A minimum of 6 years' experience in an IT Audit role (must have done external audit work)
  4. Management Consulting experience
