Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

The Legends Agency is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance initiatives and ensuring that infrastructure maintenance tasks are carried out successfully within agreed timeframes, cost, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across three shifts, including artisans, stores personnel, and planners/administrators.
  • Manage ad hoc maintenance requests and ensure issues are addressed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure effective maintenance scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Trade test and N6 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and email communication.
