Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Site Lead to oversee the Di Ammonia production processes at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant, managing a team of plant operators, and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the plant operators to ensure smooth plant operations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve plant efficiency, quality, and safety, in collaboration with the maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Train and mentor plant operators to enhance their skills and performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted plant operations, and implement cost-saving initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on plant performance, production output, and any incidents or deviations, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a chemical manufacturing plant, preferably with experience in Di Ammonia production.
  • Strong knowledge of Di Ammonia production processes and equipment, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to chemical manufacturing, with the ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols.
