Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst plays a vital role within the reporting team, responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality client-facing reports and leading strategic data analysis efforts. This involves taking ownership of complex campaigns and larger clients, collaborating across departments, and ensuring both quantitative and qualitative insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Reporting & Insight Generation:
    • Lead the creation of comprehensive reports for high-priority clients, integrating both quantitative and qualitative insights to craft impactful narratives.
    • Ensure reports are aligned with client & brand objectives, providing actionable recommendations to drive future strategies.
  2. Data Analysis & Trend Identification:
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform client strategies and internal decision-making.
    • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to generate deeper insights, focusing on ROI, campaign performance, and business impact.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and benchmark data, incorporating these into insights that enhance client reporting and strategy.
  3. Reporting Framework Development:
    • Support senior leadership in building and regularly reviewing the reporting framework, including cadence, processes, and scoping achievable timelines (in collaboration with the Delivery team).
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Support senior leadership in leading cross-functional collaboration efforts, facilitating strong working relationships between the Reporting team, Sales, Creative, and Data Science teams.
    • Present reports and insights to internal teams and clients, ensuring the strategic value of the data is clearly understood.
  5. Mentoring & Development:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and junior members, helping them refine their analytical skills and storytelling abilities.
    • Review and provide feedback on reports, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, insight, and clarity before submission to clients.
    • Play a critical role in building a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging learning, development, and excellence across the team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.
  • Report Writing & Storytelling: Strong experience in crafting compelling narratives that translate data into meaningful client insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ability to lead and coordinate efforts across teams, ensuring insights are accurately integrated.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and clear communicator, capable of presenting insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
