Security Management Professional

At Profile Personnel, we seek a highly skilled Security Management Professional to lead our security team.
About the Role:
The Head of Security will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies that protect our business interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives to prioritize security initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead the crisis management team and coordinate responses to security incidents or emergencies.
- Work with external experts to conduct independent security audits and assessments.
- Evaluate security requirements and submit recommendations for capital expenditures.
- Verify and approve transportation invoices and negotiate with the union as needed.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, investigate security breaches, and assist with disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Security Risk Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the security industry, with 5 years in a management role.
- Comprehensive security experience in various areas, including crisis management, investigations, and operational security.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
