Group Security Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Security Vision: Create and execute a security vision and mission statement for our Group's Sub-Sahara Region, ensuring alignment with Group Security policies.
- Lead Security and Fire Risk Management: Oversee security and fire risk management activities, including incident response planning and investigation.
- Manage Security Standards: Develop and enforce Group Policy 13: Security minimum standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with Group Security.
- Mitigate Risks: Develop strategies to mitigate risks, maintain operational continuity, and protect the company, its employees, and assets.
- Create Security Concepts: Design security concepts based on risk assessments for Sub-Saharan African markets.
- Represent Group Security: Represent Group Security in the Whistleblower Committee and assist with investigations in line with Group Policy 03: Whistleblower.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Security Risk Management, with focus on Business Management.
- 10 years minimum experience in the Security industry, with 5 years in a management role.
- Comprehensive security experience in various areas, including crisis management, investigations, operational security, and international security exposure.
- Experience with security auditing, security risk management, contract negotiation, and vendor negotiation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to communicate security-related concepts to technical and non-technical staff.
