About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Director to lead the development and implementation of our total rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of total rewards principles and practices, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy.
  2. Manage the completion of market survey submissions and data analysis to inform remuneration decisions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on reward trends and best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a related field.
  • 15+ years in a reward/remuneration & benefits environment, with minimum 5+ years of leading the function.
  • Experience with Advanced Excel, knowledge of PowerBI or other analytics tools (MIS experience advantageous).
  • Knowledge of SA Labour Law and Employment Practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
