The GRN Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of goods received from suppliers, while also notifying relevant parties of any significant issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting stock delivered
- Matching delivery notes to order forms
- Checking goods received and investigating discrepancies
- Processing goods received notes and batching GRN packs
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 education
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills
