Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The Individual Touch.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This will involve traveling to clients, building strong relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a database of customers in a specific area.
- Generate sales at existing customers and bring in new customers.
- Be proactive in anticipating trends at the customer and in the marketplace.
- Develop a knowledge of the product and become an expert in the field.
- Ensure administration is up to date by completing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Achieve sales budgets consistently.
- Establish relationships internally with all departments that support sales.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Matric qualification
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related (advantageous)
- 2-4 years of sales representative experience
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook
As a successful Sales Representative, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated and well-presented, and be able to work under pressure and target-driven.
