Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead an installation team during installations with AV/VC equipment, excluding cabling.
  • Project manage on-site projects and assign tasks to team members.
  • Ensure proper Health and Safety protocols are followed on site.
  • Install equipment and cabling, determining cable runs as needed.
  • Terminate equipment and cabling according to best practice standards.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of proper tool usage.
  • Mount equipment on various surfaces as required.
  • Neaten and label racks.
  • Implement solutions according to technical schematics.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with assigned team members.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations, including the use of required PPE at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized installation site.
  • Prepare equipment, cabling, and consumables for installations according to the required solution.
  • Be available to work overtime when required.
  • Be available to travel for installations when required.
  • Complete required training.


Requirements:


  • Matriculation is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Team Leader, leading an installation team.
  • Strong team leading capabilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to handle immense pressure.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license.

This role is not for Laptop or Desktop installations.
