Automotive Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Vehicle department at our Midrand dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through exceptional customer service, staff motivation, and cost control.
Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Develop a high-performing sales organisation
- Maintain an optimum stock of vehicles
- Control costs within the department
- Ensure adequate stocks of car and product display material
- Review pricing policies for profitability
- Monitor weekly financial performance
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Maintain vehicle delivery quality standards
- Achieve CE departmental targets
- Manage direct and indirect costs
- Provide new model launch training
- Determine staffing levels and training needs
- Monitor floorplan activities
- Ensure stock level compliance
- Maximise sale of back-end products
- Grade 12 qualification or higher
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the motor vehicle industry
- Tertiary sales qualification advantageous
- Clear Criminal Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Sales management and marketing skills, knowledge, and experience
