Aftersales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Consultant to join our team at Astor Motor Recruitment. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Technical qualification or knowledge (advantageous)
  • A valid driver's license and own transport
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised brand motor dealership
  • Above-average customer service skills
  • Exceptionally well-groomed and presented
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Clear understanding of workshop service advisor duties
  • Working knowledge of a DMS (Autoline preferred)
  • Stable work history
  • Contactable references
