About the Role

Totalstay is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Aparthotel Director to lead our team and drive the seamless operation of our property.

Job Summary:
  • Leverage your expertise in managing housekeeping teams, VIP guest management, hotel marketing, revenue reporting, and overall hotel operations to deliver unparalleled guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide strategic leadership to the entire hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and guest services, to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise performance.
Guest Experience
  • Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring that all guest interactions exceed expectations and reflect the brand's values.
  • Implement personalised guest services and amenities to enhance VIP guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Revenue Management
  • Assist the Totalstay central Revenue team to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including pricing optimisation, upselling opportunities, and promotional campaigns.
Financial Management
  • Work with the Totalstay Operations team to develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring that revenue and expenses are in line with financial targets.
  • Implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
