We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead our kitchen team at Restaurant Careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in kitchen management or as a chef in an a la carte restaurant environment
- Proven track record in effective coordination and management of a busy kitchen operation
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a kitchen brigade
- Experience in food cost management, kitchen hygiene, and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Hands-on management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
