About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Specialty Leasing team as a Vice President. Reporting to the EVP, Director of Leasing, this key member of our 360 Sales Team will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a wide range of activities that maximize revenue from our common area while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Directors and Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior executives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in the shopping center industry with experience managing direct reports.
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity.
  • Highly experienced in building, growing, and maintaining a large book of business.
  • Able to leverage key industry relationships to maximize revenue and opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of basic accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience creating engagement across multiple lines of business.
  • Proven track record of achieving and beating personal and team goals.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Reputation for making informed and sound decisions that propel the business forward.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
What We Offer

Exempt salary range: $220,000 - $300,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
